Hiiii! I am SO excited that you are here to read my first blog toast EVER and enter into my world to take a glimpse of my travels, style and more.

I absolutely LOVE this quote! Not only is it true, but so inspirational. One page of a book will only give you so much information. You will never know about what happens in the next chapter, much less at the end of the book. This is what happens to those who stay in one place, and never visit other places. On the other hand, the person who travels afar, and reads from the pages of each place that they visit end up reading the whole book, page by page. This quote is encouraging us to learn more about each-other, so that we may better understand the entire book which is — our world.
It wasn’t until I was 20 years old that I had the opportunity to travel out of state. During spring break, I traveled from Florida to New York, NY. I can still remember vividly how mesmerized and amazed I was by this beautiful city. I grew up in a metropolitan area, but NOTHING like Manhattan. Everything from the buildings, to the people, to the hustle and bustle, completely captivated me and made me fall head over heels in love with New York City.
Following that trip, I vowed to myself to explore more of not only the United States, but the world. Several years later, I decided to pick up all of my things (which wasn’t much) and move to, you guessed it, the BIG APPLE!
I lived in NYC for about 2 years and I learned so much not only about myself, but others. It opened my eyes to so many different cultures and ways of living. Helping others has always been my passion and I look forward to continue to do that with this blog.
The reason why I started this blog was to inspire others to open up their travel book and begin the next chapter. I plan to be a trustworthy source for travel tips, style and provide something exciting to read. I hope that my blog will inspire you to travel more, learn about the world, its people and their cultures.
Oh, and lets not forget, all while stylishly sipping on a glass of Champagne!
